Ruff-Spots Auction

Ruff-Spots Animal Welfare Organization Inc. is holding an online auction. Ruff-Spots helps animal shelters and rescue organizations in Newfoundland and Labrador spay and neuter adoptable animals, thereby improving both their chances of being adopted and their quality of life, while reducing the number of unwanted pets in our province.
